OpenID Login Not Appearing When Accessing Models in EA SaaS
When attempting to access a model in EA SaaS, users may experience a situation where the model credential prompt appears instead of the OpenID login prompt. This issue occurs if the user has accidentally selected the “Don’t show this window again” option in the OpenID login pop-up. As a result, the OpenID login dialog is disabled.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, users can re-enable the OpenID login dialog. The steps are as follows:
1) In the EA interface, click on the username displayed in the ribbon header (top-right corner).
2) From the dropdown menu, choose user options and uncheck the “Hide OpenID login window” setting.
3) Attempt to access the model again, ensuring that the “Don’t show this window” option is not selected in the OpenID login pop-up.
